POLICIES
NO refunds, transfers, extensions, or exceptions. Prices may change without notice. All class cards have expiration dates.
Discounts for Students, Teacher, Children, Seniors, SAG/AFTRA AEA | Discounted pricing is for full-time students, seniors 65 & over, and SAG/AFTRA/Actors’ Equity members. Currently active verification documents/IDs must be shown at the time of every purchase. *available for purchase at the studio only*
Late Entry | No one will be admitted to class 10 minutes after the starts. The teacher reserves the right to ask late arrivals to enter after pranayama.
Maximum Capacity | No one will be admitted when the class is at a capacity of 30 people in class. We love that you all want to come to class but we have to consider everyone's safety.
Online Class Reservation | Online reservations are not required but an option for you to secure a spot. For cancellations, classes reserved using the Webscheduler may be cancelled up until an hour before the class time. Your reserved spot is only held until 5 minutes before class time. At that time, we may offer your spot to another student and you will forfeit your class.
Refunds | All sales are final. However, if there is a legitimate reason a refund ought to be given please contact the studio directly via email.
Expiration / Class pack extension | In the case that you do not use up the entire class package within the amount of time given, there is a $5 class pack extension fee that will give you an additional month from the date of expiration. (e.g. Expiration is 5/1/2015, the class pack extension would extend it 6/1/2015) PLEASE EMAIL US AFTER PURCHASE. THE EXTENSION DOES NOT GO INTO AFFECT AUTOMATICALLY, IT IS ADJUSTED MANUALLY BY US. *not applicable for unlimited class packages.
Mat Storage | Mat storage is free for students with the monthly unlimited membership, not to be mistaken with the 3 week unlimited for which mat storage is not provided.
Sharing | It is a policy of ours to keep the class packages separate at Suryaside Yoga except for the 20 Class Package. To purchase the 20-class pack share, you must purchase it in the studio together with whom you are sharing the pack. It will be purchased under one person’s account and then we will set up the shared class pack in our system.
Membership | The Monthly Unlimited Membership is a minimum of 3 months. For your convenience, memberships will be auto-billed each month. The membership can be placed on hold for a total of 1 time within the year for no more than 90 days. All sales are final for the membership, after the initial 3 months the membership can be cancelled at any time with 30-day prior notice. To notify of cancellation please email.
Friends & Family Share | Partner with a friend or family member to receive a discounted rate on the monthly membership. Buy one membership, receive the second membership at half off.
First Membership at $130, Second Membership at $67 = $197. Which means $97.50 / Each
Workshops | Workshops are special classes and are not included in any memberships or class packs.
A full refund or a credit will be given for cancellations with two weeks notice. To notify of cancellations, please email .
A credit of the full amount will be given to any cancellations within the two weeks prior to the workshop, including the day of the workshop. You must contact us to receive the credit. Your credit will be associated with your account and can be applied to any future purchase with Suryaside Yoga.
